An activity change is a distinct government service. The official commercial-company service covers requests to remove or add an existing or new activity in the Commercial Registration.

Check the requirements for the proposed activity
Do not assume that an existing registration authorises the new activity. Check the applicable activity and foreign-ownership conditions, and any required approvals, before changing the operating business.

Documents and the published service scope
The commercial-company activity-change service lists an authority document for a representative, the decision or minutes appropriate to the company type, and a draft amendment to the relevant company objects when adding a new activity. Check the exact document category for your application.
The service distinguishes a notarised power of attorney for an unrelated applicant from an unnotarised power of attorney for a professional office or an authorised employee registered under the same CR.
This specific service lists BD20 as its amendment fee and three working days as processing time. These figures do not apply automatically to other CR amendments and are not an approval guarantee.

Keep amendment, renewal and approval separate
Changing a company record and renewing a registration are different tasks. Check the renewal service separately if renewal is also due.
For any other change, use its own service conditions, documents, fees and processing information rather than extending the activity-change figures to every transaction.
